OTEGBEYE-BOT STORMS SAYEDERO MARKET; TESTS POPULARITY

The APC Candidate for the Fed. House of Reps, Yewa South/Ipokia Constituency, Barr. Olubiyi Otegbeye-BOT tested both his microphone and popularity exactly at the SAYEDERO market in Ilaro Yewa on January 20th, 2019 to see for himself the position his name occupies in the hearts of his people.

While entering into the heart of the market, Otegbeye-BOT separated himself from his security men and presented self to the masses amongst whom he believed he had affected positively with lot of his developmental programmes far before the time of politics while his heart nursed no fear from the overwhelming facial expression of the market women.

Although, it was obviously a movement/moment designed to jaw-jaw(discuss) with the market women, however, the outing nearly got hijacked by the cyclists popularly known as "Okada boys" as many of them jumped off from their motorcycles on the sight of Bar. Otegbeye-BOT with a deafening shout of "Omo wa ni...Oun lo maa see...Otegbeye ni jo...BOT ni jareee(He is our son...He's the next person to rule,...)

While receiving BOT, one of the community leaders and a very influential person among the market women who prefers anonymity welcomed Otegbeye into the SAYEDERO market with a poplar song: Eleyi Omo wa, eyi arawa...(This is our son, this is our part).

The candidate for the Fed. House of Reps, Yewa South/Ipokia Constituency, Barr. Otegbeye-BOT, appreciated the entire market women for their expression of love adding that he would never disappoint them.

"As we were entering into the market, I have seen those areas we can still improve upon, I saw those areas that truly need our attentions and I can assure you that I am ready to use my office after my election to better the current state of this market. Also, I have been told how our our market women use to collect different kinds of loans that bring them embarrassment just because they must sponsor their offsprings to school. Yes, I have been told and I have equally seen and this is the reason while I have taken it upon myself to make sure I design a means through which you market women can access soft loans that will assist your business and further separate you from the regularly embarrassment you go through taking all sorts of available loan"_Otegbeye-BOT.

BOT GREETING THE MARKET WOMEN

In their responses, the market women assured BOT of their support adding that is it a pay back time for him considering all his previous contributions to the market women and to the community as a whole.

Closing prayer couldn't be said as the heads of the market led BOT to various locations of the market with different tribes to say 'hello' and it was with lot of ceremonies that BOT was received by these tribes while each tribe preached BOT to their people in their language and the activities closed leaving sweat on everyone who participated in the movement but the pains of walking in the dust, being under the sun and the unpalatable smell in the pepper market that made everyone sneeze at interval couldn't be felt so much due to that passion and love everyone has for their beloved son, BOT.
