BARR. OLUBIYI OTEGBEYE-BOT ASSURES IPOKIA WOMEN OF A BETTER LIFE
Anyone who appreciates mother's care will always compensate womanhood with special programmes that will give joy to the mothers generally in recognition of their hard labour over their offsprings in their various homes and the society at large.
In line with this, Barr. Olubiyi Otegbeye-BOT, APC Candidate for the Fed. House of Reps(Yewa South/Ipokia constituency) has on Sunday 27th January, 2019 promised the women of Ipokia Yewa a better life during a special meeting which involved only women from different spheres of life that took place in Ago Sasa ward and Ipokia ward 1 respectively.
BOT who was ably represented at the meeting by one of the foremost young female politicians in the local government area of Ipokia in person of Hon. Grace Medeyonmi Awhanse-ADEROUNMU, assured the women of Ipokia local of serious support for their children especially in the area of education.
The Fed. House of Reps candidate declared that women in this part of the world are always seen working their fingers to bone to ensuring that their children receive standard education that will make them compete favourably with their contemporaries in the society, therefore, assured that women will never be left alone in the struggle as there would be programmes that will support their businesses and the education of their children.
Otegbeye-BOT who described women as the sustainers of moral, good values of the societises and the families as a whole, therefore, opined that any good programme designed to elevate the womanhood is a programme designed to take our societies to the NEXT LEVEL owning to the fact that women are the engine room of every family considering their roles in various homes.
He, therefore, charged them to go out and vote APC on the days of elections and ensure that every single vote counts.
In response to the statements of Barr. Otegbeye as delivered by his able and eloquent representative, Hon. Medeyonmi, one of the leading voices amongst the women in Agosasa ward who prefers anonymity said voters have now become so wise that every politician seeking votes will now be treated according to his or her activities far before the election time.
Speaking further, she described Barr. Olubiyi Otegbeye-BOT as a politician of note who has earned himself the trust of the people through his action of keeping every promise he made.
She, therefore, assured BOT of total support for APC in the forthcoming general elections and charged him again to run from anything that may change him negatively against what he's already known for in the society.
