BOT MANDATE GROUP RECEIVES BARR. OLUBIYI OTEGBEYE, ASSURES TOTAL SUPPORT IN THE FORTHCOMING ELECTIONS
A political support group sitting in Ilaro Yewa of Ogun State tagged "BOT SUPPORT GROUP" under the leadership of Alhaja Silifat Adegbola has assured Barr. Olubiyi Otegbeye-BOT of total support that will lead to victory in the forthcoming elections that will kick off from 16th February, 2019.
BOT SUPPORT GROUP which has her slogan as "Baba Olooto, Abuja straight" at every pronouncement of BOT expressed joy having Otegbeye in their midst saying BOT is the son of the soil and should feel free to move around on the soil of his father.
Analogously, the most prominent candidate for Yewa south/Ipokia fed. constituency, Barr. Olubiyi Otegbeye, patiently and in a very cool tone narrated to the gathering the tale of an aged man who converted all his properties into gold at the point of death and inserted the load of gold inside pineapple fruit. BOT narrated how the man invited the only child he had and handed over the pineapple fruit to him as the only inheritance available for him just to shift attention away from the child, however, the child threw the pineapple into the bush out of anger immediately the aged man passed away claiming that the gift of pineapple was embarrassing. In his narration, he expressed how the pineapple that was thrown away by the ignorant and ungrateful son was found by a neighbour who was a poor man in the first place but later got wealthy as a result of the gold he gloriously found in the pineapple he found. He added that after a short while when the life of the fortunate neighbour had already changed to better, the ignorant son visited the neighbour and enquired into how the neighbour managed to separate himself from his initial state of poverty and the intelligent lucky man responded with song that goes thus:
"Oun ti e gbe sonu la ri e o, oun e gbe sonu la ri e o. Opoyinbo, o yee, opoyinbo ti e gbe sonu lojo yen o, oun e gbe sonu la ri e o"
Having said this, BOT congratulated the entire members of BOT MANDATE GROUP for finding BOT whom will always remain a source of joy for them always.
Alfa Sakaraya Mahamud, of course, one of the members of the group advised Otegbeye not to forget his people when he finally gets to Abuja saying that victory is certain for him and prayed fervently for BOT.
In appreciation of a man with good character, BOT, the group therefore decorated him as the grand patron of the group.
